Accreditation Training
Led by Dr Amanda Potter BSc (Hons) MSc AfBPSs HMABP CPsychol, in the session you will gain accreditation to use four tools from the BeTalent suite: Strengths Insight, Culture Fit, Decision Styles and Winning Attitudes. We will also discuss effective ways to structure feedback, and how to manage difficult conversations and emotions, which will support you in the development, coaching and assessment of employees and candidates.
During the morning, you will discover a range of exciting insights into how to define Talent, the reasons why Talent Strategies fail, and 10 ways to improve your Talent Assessment processes.
