As a newly formed HR team we were looking for something a bit different as an aid to getting to know one another and to kick start the essential business of building relationships. Zircon offered the perfect solution to our needs, not just in terms of the tools they offered but also their expertise and brilliant team. The Amanda worked with us to design a bespoke workshop covering a number of activities to help us explore our individual strengths and our team dynamics. It was an insightful and fun event ably lead by Sarah who interjected appropriately throughout the session to bring deeper insight and meaning to the discussion. tools we explored during the workshop were Strengths Insights and Team Insights, both were easy to work through and effective in their outcomes. As a team we gained valuable insights into each other’s natural preferred styles and strengths and this proved a brilliant way to quickly gain understanding of who we were as a collective and how we could play to our strengths effectively. In particular, the team insights we found to offer a really fresh approach. It was very current and relevant to a team forming in the VUCA environment we now operate within.
