Helen joined Zircon in 2016 after having gained four years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. Most recently she has been working within a consultancy based role were she supported consultants to deliver a large scale Change Management programme for one of the UK’s largest Banks.

Helen achieved an Upper Second Class Degree with Honours in BSc Psychology from University of Chester in 2014. After this she went on to study a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School. Her research to date has focused on employee engagement, employee well-being and leadership. She is a qualified Test User for Occupational Ability and Occupational Personality tools and is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society. Helen is qualified to use Strengths Insight, Culture Fit, Winning Attitude and Decision Styles.
