Rhys Connolly BSc (Hons)
Business Psychologist

Rhys is a Business Psychologist at Zircon having joined permanently following a short-term work placement. He recently completed a BSc in Psychology at the University of Kent and is now studying for an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. Prior to joining Zircon, Rhys gained extensive experience in customer service and delivery in both the retail and events industries.
Rhys also gained invaluable research experience within Occupational Psychology, by conducting research aiming to understand areas of leadership and leadership transgressions in a range of environments, including within Universities, Organisations and Politics.
Since joining Zircon, Rhys has been actively involved in designing and developing projects for numerous clients within a range of sectors internationally, including Financial, Aviation, Health-Tech and Engineering. His experience within the occupational psychology field includes psychometric product development and validation, designing assessment items for bespoke tools, assessment for development and selection, report writing, talent management research and data analysis to inform assessment strategy.
